Luca La Mantia is a 2nd-year PhD candidate in Management Engineering at the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering of the Politecnico di Milano. He is supervised by Prof. Luca Gastaldi and Prof. Gabriele Boccoli.


He is a teaching assistant in "Strategy, Economics and Project Management" (B.Sc. in Design) and in "Enterprise and Strategic Decisions" (B.Sc. in Management Engineering – Cremona Campus).


He is a researcher within the Joint Research Platform “People Analytics for Employee Engagement & Wellbeing", a research center dedicated to studying workers' well-being and supporting companies in developing HR Analytics practices.

He also supports the research of the Osservatorio Smart Working of the Politecnico di Milano.
