He currently holds the position of Consultant (Business Analyst) at Capgemini Italy, within the Business Transformation Solutions Unit of the Financial Services division. He has been working primarily with clients in the insurance sector, supporting them in transformation and innovation processes, with a focus on needs analysis and the definition of strategic solutions.

Since October 2024, he has served as Subject Expert and Teaching Assistant at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, collaborating on courses in Economics of Innovation, Environment and Society, Industrial Dynamics, and Industrial Economics. In this role, he contributes to teaching and research, sharing his professional and academic expertise with students.

Before joining Capgemini, he completed an internship at RCI Bank and Services (now Mobilize Financial Services) as Leasing Fleet Operations Specialist (March – May 2021). This experience allowed him to deepen his understanding of operational and managerial dynamics in the leasing and financial services sector, providing a solid foundation for his subsequent professional development.
