Associate Professor
Monica Rossi is Associate Professor at the School of Management, Politecnico di Milano, where she earned her PhD in Industrial Engineering in 2014. She has been a visiting researcher at MIT, Tokyo Metropolitan University, Sorbonne UTC, and Rutgers University. Her teaching covers Product Lifecycle Management and Industrial Technologies at MSc level, and Lean Product Development and Digital Engineering in executive programs.
Her research focuses on the design of human-centric systems, and she integrates innovative teaching approaches such as Learning Factories and Gamification.

Her research activity focuses on the design and management of innovative complex engineering systems (Systems Engineering) throughout their entire life cycle (Life Cycle Thinking), and on the design of Human-Centric systems, through the adoption of innovative teaching methods such as Learning Factories and Gamification.
