Mattia is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Strategy and Innovation at the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano. During his PhD, he investigated how firms innovate their strategies by leveraging enabling technologies, particularly 5G, focusing on business model innovation and ecosystem dynamics. As part of the “5G & Connected Digital Industry” Observatory, he works closely with industry experts to analyze emerging trends and conduct applied research on the role of connectivity as a key enabler of digital transformation. In parallel, he supports MSc teaching activities in Digital Business Innovation and Strategy & Marketing courses.
