Margherita Pero is Associate Professor at Politecnico di Milano – Italy.
She teaches Business Processes Reengineering, Industrial Management and Supply chain management at both undergraduate and post-graduate level at Politecnico di Milano.

She is the author of more than 100 papers at national and international level.
