Professore Associato
Stefano Magistretti is Associate Professor in Design and Innovation Management at the School of Management, Politecnico di Milano. He is also Research Lead of LEADIN’-Lab, the Laboratory of Leadership, Design, and Innovation. Within the School of Management, he serves as the Co-Director for the applied research Design Thinking for Business and Futures Observatories. He is also a Delegate for the Student Admissions, Engagement & Networking in the Open Programs at the POLIMI Graduate School of Management.

Ricerca
Stefano's research is situated at the intersection of design thinking and digital technologies, with a focus on the expanding role of design and design thinking in entrepreneurship and strategy, as well as the role of AI in design and innovation. His research has been published in leading management journals, including the Journal of Product Innovation Management, Long Range Planning, the International Journal of Management Reviews, California Management Review, and others.
