Sofia Zappa is a PhD Candidate at the Manufacturing Group of the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering of Politecnico di Milano.

She obtained her B.Sc degree and her M.Sc in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano (Italy).

Her research focuses on Cognitive Digital Twin for sustainable production systems.
