Omar Mazzucchelli is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano. His research focuses on the relationship between science and society, with particular attention to the social perception of scientists and gender inequalities in science.

He holds a Master's degree with honors in Labor Management and Communication for Organizations (LM-88, Sociology and Social Research) from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, and earned his Ph.D. in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 2025. He also serves as Project Manager for several European initiatives on diversity, inclusion, and responsible innovation.
