My work as management science researcher is directed at sustainable, digital, resilient and human-centered supply chains and operations management. Human factor analysis is closedly connected to the Industry 5.0 concept by the European Commission and the idea of putting human-technology interaction at the center of corporate and supply chain competitive advantage objectives and strategies. I am affiliated with the Politecnico di Milano School of Management as Associate Professor for Human-centric Operations Systems (HumanTech CORE Lab) and the University of Bremen, Germany, with the Retail Logistics & Innovation Lab.
