Federica Celeste is a PhD candidate at Politecnico di Milano in Management Engineering with the School of Management.

She graduated in Education and Human Resources at University of Milano Bicocca.

Her research interests focus on sustainable materials, clean production processes and human factor.

She is involved in Fashion-Luxury-Design value chain and circular business models for ethical product life cycle and responsible consumption.

She is assistant professor of Luxury Operations Management and co-supervisor of MSc theses. She also supports GSoM and companies in digital transformation, well-being, and communication projects as trainer and service designer.
