Emilio Moretti is a junior assistant professor at the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering.

He obtained his PhD with a dissertation on the design and management of mass-customized factory logistics systems in the 4.0 technological landscape.

He is a member of the Logistics research group and a senior researcher in the Observatory on Contract Logistics "Gino Marchet".

His main research interests include part feeding to assembly stations, logistics 4.0, and global distribution network design.
