Elisabetta Puglielli is a research fellow at the Department of Management, Economics, and Industrial Engineering of Politecnico di Milano.

She held his Master of Science in Economics with a specialization in “Management” at Bocconi University in April 2017.

Since then she has worked in the Digital Innovation in Retail Observatory of the Digital Innovation Observatories of the Politecnico di Milano.

She is also researcher of the B2c eCommerce Observatory.
