Elia Rigamonti is a post-doctoral researcher at the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering.

He focuses on Human Resource Analytics and Human Resource Management, with research interests including Smart Working, HR Innovation Practices, and the impact of Generative-AI on workers.

Since 2021, he has been an active member of the "People Analytics and Employee Wellbeing Joint Research Platform", a research center dedicated to studying worker well-being and supporting companies in developing HR Analytics practices and capabilities.

Over the years, he teaches courses in project management, leadership, innovation, and HR Analytics at Politecnico di Milano.
