Eleonora Catellani is a PhD candidate in the Supply Chain Management research group at the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering.

In 2022 she obtained her Master's Degree Food Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, where she now conducts her research on Sustainability Performance Assessment of Smart Technologies in the agri-food sector.
