Ricerca
Her major research area encompasses corporate investments in the arts and cultural heritage field.
During her PhD, she investigated the paradoxical contradictions and tensions that emerge when Arts are imported in a non-arts organisation (e.g., a for profit company not naturally in the milieu of arts) for its value creation purposes, and she developed three strategies for the maintenance of a tolerable duality between Arts and Management over time.
She is now expanding the scope of interest to understand how these corporate investments in the arts can be designed, organized, and assessed as part of companies' agendas towards sustainability goals.
Her minor research area is the study of the organisational challenges that arise in the digital transformation of public institutions. She is interested in the role of middle-managers of large public institutions, such government agencies, for the translation of digital transformation strategy along the organizational chart.
