Chiara Pantalena is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering of Politecnico di Milano.

She also works in the Innovation and strategy Group at Politecnico where she is involved in research, training and consulting on issues of innovation, strategic renewal, family business and governance.

Strategy, innovation, organizational purpose, social capital, and family business are among her research interests.
