Short Biography

Claudio Dell’Era is Associate Professor in Design Strategy at the School of Management - Politecnico di Milano, where he serves also as Co-Founder of LEADIN’Lab, the Laboratory of LEAdership, Design and INnovation. He is also Director of the Observatory “Design Thinking for Business”. Research activities developed by Claudio Dell’Era are concentrated in the area of Design Strategy and Design Thinking. He has published in relevant international journals, such as Journal of Product Innovation ManagementLong Range PlanningR&D ManagementInternational Journal of Operations & Production ManagementIndustry & InnovationInternational Journal of Innovation Management.
